Candle Workshop
In this workshop you will learn how to make and decorate your own natural and ecological candles in a traditional way with 100% natural beeswax from the beekeeping communities of the Sacred Valley – Cusco. It is a relaxing and therapeutic experience for the whole family.
Massages
Receiving a relaxing massage in an environment of harmony and peace is a healthy and pleasant experience, relieving the aches and tension accumulated by the stress and daily troubles of today’s life.
The massages help the blood circulation, relieve muscle aches, decontract the vertebrae and generate a sense of harmonization throughout the body.
Textile Workshop
The local ancestral crafts, remain alive in time, being an art that is transmitted from generation to generation.
The beautiful designs and colors of the fabrics of the Province of Urubamba, arrive at Chaska Ocupi through different workshops in which we will learn to create different products with the techniques of dyeing and weaving with natural products used by our artisans of yesteryear.
Handmade Basketry
Within the different artisan products of Urubamba, we have the beautiful baskets created with the corn “panca”, which is an original tradition of the Maras District, where they weave these leaves to form beautiful baskets, table floors, vases and ornaments.
In the wickerwork workshops we will learn to perform this traditional and delicate Andean technique.
Ceramics Workshop
Working with mud and clay is both an art and a therapy. Our ceramic workshop is a space for creation and experimentation in which the basic techniques of this art will be learned and each one can be the architect of their individual talents for the creation of different works.
